Thought errors 4) Catastrophising: thinking the worst will happen. "I lost my job; I won't be able to get a new one ever again"

Thought errors 3) Over-generalisation: "EVERYTHING I do goes wrong!" Concluding things based on single events, without nuances.

Thought errors. 2) black & white thinking -all or nothing: "if I stuff up, it'll be all over". Dismisses available alternatives.

Thought errors, creating miscommunication: 1) Mind Reading: "I know he's going to be angry with me." Question: how do you know????

Skype is no good yet, Oovoo sucks in quality (sorry...), and Vokle is trialling recordings. Need sth. to create product on video.

Need HELP: anyone knows a GOOD double screen video conferencing program with recording option other than skype or Oovoo? Vokle?
