Third Global Master Mind Call

Return to www.landmarc.info.

Hi there,

By now it should be a well-known fact that I have been in frequent contact with one of America's Top Success Coaches, Scott Armstrong (www.bouldercoachingacademy.com) about initiating Global Master Mind Calls.

Our first and second Global Master Mind Call on the 7th of February and the 7th of March were an absolute blast! The comments we received after the call were all positive, and the participants took away lessons they can immediately use in their lives. Scott and I were both up in the sky after the calls; this is big!

I am pleased to announce our third Global Master Mind Call. We will be co-hosting this call at 7am Brisbane, Australia time (AEST) on the 11th of April 2007. This will be 3pm Denver, Colorado US time (MST) on the 10th of April and 10pm London, UK time (GMT) on the 10th of april 2007. To make sure I got it right, or to find a different time zone, please check

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
Conference Dial-in Number: Intl. code for the USA , and then
(712) 580-6300 Participant Access Code: 126013#

The duration of the call will be 45 minutes to 1 hour, dependin gon the amount of questions & comments. The calls will be recorded (if the systems allow us!).
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Joining the Global Master Mind is absolutely free, apart from your regular dial-in cost; check call cards for cheap deals!

As with the last call, this one will be recorded for your convenience. We will not allow too many people in (10-15 max, to keep participation at highest level), so let us know if you want to join!!

I will be discussing the concept of "letting go" and"non-attachment" in regard to goal setting, all linking in with the Law of Attraction. It is -I feel- one of the topics people struggle with in their lives (i.e. not becoming attached to the outcome of what it is they want), and I like to create clarity on the topic.

It will be a fun session with hopefully "heaps" of input.

In the meanwhile,go to our private forum and sign up:

http://groups.msn.com/SuccessCoachesStudentsInternational.

The forum is private to keep out spammers, and allows for recording your action steps and other members keeping us accountable for them!

Go there NOW and join!

Best regards, and talk to you soon,

Marc

Getting More Out of Life Ezine

"Language is the dress of thought." ~Samuel Johnson

Hi there,

And welcome to the 23 March 2007 edition of Getting More Out of Life.

I've been a litigation lawyer for nearly 6 years. In that time -and even before in my studies- I was very aware of the power of words.

Now that I am a NLP practitioner, and work with the "language of the mind", words have become even more important, I feel. The Law of Attraction adds to this as well: the words you habitually think and speak are creating your future! They make your brain focus on the topic of your words, which will in turn guide your senses to look for anything that makes that topic reality!

6 Words to delete from your vocabulary FAST
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Words are immensely important. Not because of the letters that form the word, but the meaning they convey. Words influence our habitual thinking, and therefore our habitual behaviour.

There are 6 words in our vocabulary that are quite deadly when it comes to applying the Law of Attraction in personal or business life. Here they are:

Need (to), must, have (to), ought (to), should and got (to).

Examples: if I want to be rich, I need to work harder; if I want to get good grades, I must study all night; I should get that out of my head, if I want to improve my life, etc.

These words are what I call conditional. When you use them, you basically tell yourself that you will not get a specific result, UNLESS you perform a specific action. You thereby -in your mind-cancel out many other "action-options" that may exist, and will not take those into account; you will put blinkers on, and will generally not consider more possibilities.

Exception and Alternative
--------------------------------------------------------------------
It is not always the case, though; if there is a functional relationship between the word and the action, there is no harm done. For instance: if I want to quench my thirst, I need to drink something. There is no real conditional thinking here.

Wiser in relationship to the more destructive/conditional words would it be to use words like these:

Decide, choose, commit, desire, endeavour, will, intend.

When you use this type of word, you subconsciously acknowledge there are many options to get to a specific result, but you have chosen one of the options for the time being, to assess whether it is effective. Using constructive words stimulates your brain to come up with more options, and hold on to them for future reference.

MAJOR difference!

Set a Landmarc
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Firstly: Start catching yourself on the words you are using. Anytime you find yourself "needing", "shoulding", "musting".........STOP!

Secondly: When you use a destructive word, replace it with a constructive one. Start choosing, deciding, and committing!

Thirdly: Observe how your brain -sometimes immediately- comes up with more alternatives to get to the desired result once you allow yourself to think bigger!

Lastly: Observe how you can take the mental pressure off yourself when you stop using the destructive words. You will probably feel less harried, and more relaxed when you realise (and consistently see results) that there is more than just one road to victory!

--------------------------------------------------------------------

I guarantee you will see the difference in not only your own behaviour, but also in your results when you decide to become more aware of your language! Go do it!

Right now I need to put this Word document in my autoresponder!

Until next time, and expect greatness!

Best regards,

Marc

busy busy busy

Return to www.landmarc.info

pfff,

Haven't had much time to do much of anything, the last couple of weeks. I've been busy with doing "stuff" for the Australian Life Coaching Society (www.lifecoaching.net.au; I am one of the Board Members), and having meetings with several people to look into affilliations and/or joint ventures.

A major one for me is the opportunity to work on Glenn Dietzel's team, which was given to me a couple of months ago.

Glenn is the man behind the absolutely amazing Awaken the Author Within program(www.awakentheauthorwithin.com) and behind The Person You Must Become (www.thepersonyoumustbecome.com), and I am starting to consider him as one of my mentors. I am very proud and honoured to be on his team, and hey, that must say something about me too, wouldn't you say :-)

A couple of local JVs are in the offing as well. I am deciding very soon whether I am going to partner with Michael White, the man who invented the Dreamtime Personalities Type Indicator(www.dreamtimepersonalities.com). I am already using his profiling system on many of my clients to "tweak" their success mentality, and would like to take the concept to greater heights.

In short: stay tuned for more exciting news in the near future!

Oh, and I intend to start posting beautiful pictures of this beautiful country I am living in. Why? Just for the sheer fun of it!

Talk soon!

Marc

Birthday

Hi,

Last Sunday was my birthday (thanks for all the good wishes!), which also coincided with a Lunar eclipse.

Westminster Abbey in London!

Now, I have friends who know waaaaaay more than I about the astrological effects of lunar eclipes, but the upshot of their stories was, that this phenomenon brings about powerful energies which can be used for goal setting, and dream building. Now isn't that a cool birthday present!?

So what I did, after I was treated to presents and breakfast on the morning of the 4th by my two girls, was write down my top 5 goals, the real biggies! I then Visualised them already being fulfilled for about half an hour, which I normally do anyway, but now with even more vigour!

I'm not going to blow the whistle on what I have intended (yet), but I promise to inform you as soon as one or more of them materialise (the Law of Attraction is going to help me here!). I have all the confidence that I will get my goals to become visible for all of us!

If you would like to know how I use the Law of Attraction within my creative visualising, drop me an email, or book in for a free exploratory session; I'll tell you all about that, trust me. No Secrets!

Oh, and remember the Global Master Mind Call tomorrow morning!

Cheers,
Marc
